What is HOPE?
HOPE Foundation of Arizona is a non-profit foster and adoption support organization dedicated to helping children and youth who have been adopted through foster care, as well as youth aging out of foster care. It is our aim to meet the unique needs of these children by offering social, recreational and educational programs that will enhance and enrich their lives, enabling them to gain hope for their future and confidence to pursue their dreams. It is also our goal to provide housing, academic support services, life skills training, job training, leadership development, mentoring, and financial management tools to ensure that transition aged foster youth are equipped with the necessary tools for successful independent living.
We need your help!
Through your donations and support we are able to fund various programs and activities such as music lessons, art classes, performing arts classes, cheer, and dance for adopted children and youth. We are also able to provide basic needs items and scholarships for youth transitioning out of foster care. To make this possible, we need your help!

Why HOPE?
Many children enter foster care as a result of abuse and/or neglect. Through no fault of their own they are taken from their homes only to be placed in unfamiliar surroundings. They feel helpless, lost, and confused. They often blame themselves for the situation and carry the burden of feeling unwanted and unloved.
When a child is adopted through foster care, these feelings don't go away. They are sometimes placed with another family so they experience all of the emotions they felt when first placed in foster care. Separated from those who they have begun to bond with, along with the reality of never returning to the birth families, causes them to experience yet another loss, and oftentimes they grow up carrying feelings of abandonment, rejection and hopelessness.
HOPE is designed to help heal the brokenness and loss experienced by adoption from foster care and give children and youth HOPE for their future and confidence to pursue their dreams!
